About us

Every Big Idea Begins with a Spark

For The Skill State, that spark came from Monika Vispute – a passionate educator and designer who believes that practical skills are more powerful than memorized theories.

While working in the creative and design industry, Monika observed a gap: schools and colleges focused on concepts, but students often struggled with applying those ideas in real life. Parents wanted their children to be confident, creative, and future-ready but there weren’t many affordable platforms offering short, practical, skill-based learning.

That’s where The Skill State was born.

Our Mission

Make learning affordable and accessible for everyone.

Provide short, practical courses that fit easily into student schedules.

Issue certificates with unique verification codes for authentic achievements.
